College of Medicine at Al-Subtain University (AS) Conducts Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for Fourth-Year Students in Accordance with Global Standards

In a move that reflects its firm commitment to academic excellence and alignment with the latest global standards in medical education, the College of Medicine at Al-Subtain University (AS) conducted the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for its fourth-year students. The examination was organized within advanced clinical stations at Imam Zain Al-Abideen (AS) Hospital, meticulously simulating the systems adopted by the most prestigious international medical institutions to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the students' clinical and practical skills.

The examination process witnessed direct field supervision and close monitoring by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mohammed Fawzi Al-Qanbar. His presence aimed to oversee performance details and ensure the highest levels of accuracy and transparency in the evaluation, thereby guaranteeing the development of an outstanding generation of medical professionals capable of handling various medical cases with competence and proficiency.

The examination organizers and supervisory committees commended the significant and fruitful efforts of both the medical and educational staff. They highly valued the constructive cooperation and seamless coordination between the university and hospital personnel, which resulted in a model, fully-equipped examination environment that allowed students to perform their tests smoothly and with high focus.

This initiative aligns with the strategic vision of Al-Sibtayn University (AS) to elevate the standard of medical education in Iraq. It aims to supply healthcare institutions with young, capable professionals armed with solid theoretical knowledge and precise practical skills, preparing them to be the doctors of tomorrow who carry the message of humanity and healing with utmost integrity and capability.
