Dr. Mohaimen Alkaabi is a pediatric specialist, academic faculty member, and medical education leader at the College of Medicine, Al-Subtain University. He currently serves as Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs and Head of the Department of Pediatrics, in addition to his role as Chair of the Clinical Training Committee.

With extensive experience in the management of teaching hospitals and academic institutions, Dr. Alkaabi plays a central role in advancing clinical education and institutional development. He is actively involved in undergraduate and clinical training, contributing to the design and implementation of modern, competency-based medical education.

His expertise spans clinical clerkship training, curriculum development, and Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE)-based assessment. He has been instrumental in introducing innovative teaching methodologies aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.
