This structure supports coordinated decision-making across academic, administrative, and clinical domains, in alignment with the College’s mission and strategic objectives.


College Council

Highest decision-making authority of the College

The College Council represents the apex of the governance structure and serves as the principal decision-making body. It is entrusted with the review, deliberation, and approval of major academic, administrative, and strategic policies. Through its authority, the Council ensures that institutional priorities are clearly defined and consistently aligned with national standards and academic best practices.


Office of the Dean

Strategic leadership and institutional oversight

The College is led by the Dean, who holds overall responsibility for strategic direction, institutional governance, and the supervision of all academic and administrative functions. The Dean ensures that the College’s objectives are effectively implemented and that all activities are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of academic and professional excellence.

In fulfilling these responsibilities, the Dean works in close collaboration with the Vice Deans, ensuring alignment across all operational and academic domains.


Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs

Oversight of academic programs, research, and student affairs

The Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs is responsible for the academic mission of the College, including curriculum development, teaching and learning, student affairs, and research activities. This office ensures the integrity, quality, and continuous advancement of medical education.

Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs

The Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs oversees the administrative and financial operations of the College, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management. This role is essential to maintaining institutional stability and supporting the College’s academic mission.

Clinical Training Governance

Structure and oversight of clinical education

Clinical education is governed through structured committees, most notably the Clinical Training Committee, which operates under the authority of the Dean and in coordination with the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs.

The Committee is responsible for the planning, organization, and supervision of clinical training and works closely with teaching hospitals and clinical departments to ensure high standards of clinical education.

  • Coordinating with teaching hospitals and clinical departments
  • Organizing and managing student clinical rotations
  • Ensuring the quality of bedside teaching
  • Supporting the implementation of structured clinical training and assessment systems
