Dr. Mohaimen Abdul-Malik Abdul-Jabbar Alkaabi is a Consultant Pediatrician and academic leader at the College of Medicine, Al-Subtain University for Medical Sciences (SUMS). He currently serves as Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs, where he oversees the college’s administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and institutional effectiveness.

With extensive experience in the management of teaching hospitals and academic environments, Dr. Alkaabi plays a central role in strengthening the administrative infrastructure that supports medical education and clinical training.
