The impact of advanced nursing practices on the quality of nursing services:

The Dean of the College of Nursing and Midwifery hosted Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Mohammed Ghubaish to deliver a lecture entitled "The Impact of Advanced Nursing Practices on the Quality of Nursing Services." This lecture was part of a scientific symposium held at the college in cooperation with the Continuing Education Department at our university. The symposium addressed a number of scientific topics, including the following:

Increase patient satisfaction

Patients receive comprehensive and continuous care centered around their needs, which enhances confidence and satisfaction with health services.

Improving access to healthcare services:

Advanced nursing helps bridge the gap in healthcare services, particularly in remote or resource-limited areas.

Improving patient care outcomes:

Advanced nursing contributes to providing specialized, evidence-based care, reducing complications, hospital stays, and mortality rates.

Increased efficiency of the healthcare system:

This helps reduce the burden on physicians, improve teamwork, and lower healthcare costs.

Enhanced clinical decision-making:

Advanced practice nurses possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills, enabling them to make accurate and timely decisions.

Promoted evidence-based practice:

Advanced practice nurses apply scientific research findings in clinical practice to improve the quality and safety of care.

The seminar witnessed a remarkable attendance of a number of professors, technicians and employees of the university, and it was held in a distinguished practical atmosphere that reflected the spirit of cooperation and academic communication between different disciplines.
