Al-Sibtayn University College of Medicine Launches Clinical Training Course in Collaboration with TUMS

The College of Medicine at Al-Sibtayn University for Medical Sciences—the international branch of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS)—in cooperation with the Medical Education Development Center (EDC), organized an introductory training course for faculty members and specialist physicians.

The course focused on the implementation of the approved clinical curriculum for undergraduate medical students. It aimed to enhance teaching methodologies and ensure that clinical training aligns with global educational benchmarks. The program provided a comprehensive and precise overview of modern clinical assessment strategies and the integration of theoretical knowledge into practical bedside training within teaching hospitals.

The sessions were attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Fawzi Al-Qanbar, alongside senior academic staff. The course was facilitated by a distinguished group of TUMS professors specializing in medical education, who shared their international expertise to further elevate the academic and clinical standards of the university
