The College

provides modern laboratories and core research facilities that support

biomedical research, medical education, and scientific innovation. Equipped

with advanced instrumentation and managed by qualified technical staff, these

facilities enable faculty members, researchers, and students to conduct

high-quality laboratory-based research across multiple disciplines.

Our core

facilities support a broad range of molecular, cellular, microbiological, and

immunological techniques, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),

polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR), gene

expression analysis, DNA and RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis,

microbiological culture and identification, antimicrobial susceptibility

testing, histopathology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), haematology, clinical

biochemistry, and other advanced laboratory techniques. These facilities

facilitate translational research, biomarker discovery, infectious disease

investigations, cancer research, and precision medicine while providing

hands-on research training for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
