Dr. Muntdhur Mohammed Cani is an Assistant Professor of Histology and Head of the Department of Histology at the College of Medicine, Subtain University of Medical Sciences. He holds a PhD in Histology and Anatomy and has extensive experience in medical education, academic leadership, and university administration.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Cani has taught Histology, Anatomy, and Pathophysiology and has held several leadership positions, including Head of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Department Coordinator, Administrative Assistant Dean at the College of Pharmacy, and Administrative Assistant Dean at the College of Medicine. He currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the University President.

His research focuses on histology, anatomy, medical education, and academic development, with more than ten peer-reviewed publications in internationally indexed journals.
