The Second Meeting of the College of Medicine Council Discusses Preparations for the Upcoming Academic Year

The College of Medicine Council at Al-Subtain Medical University – International Branch of the University of Tehran held its second meeting, chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Fawzi Al-Qanbar, and attended by the Assistant Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, along with members of the College Council.

During the meeting, the Council reviewed the recommendations issued by the General Secretariat of the Holy Imam Hussein Shrine and the University Council. Discussions focused on mechanisms for developing clinical training programs in line with the latest standards in medical education, with the aim of enhancing students’ clinical competencies and improving learning outcomes.

The Council also discussed preparations for the upcoming academic year, reviewed the implementation of academic plans, and examined the requirements for the next phase to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality medical education and clinical training.

The meeting concluded by emphasizing the importance of sustaining collaborative efforts and implementing developmental plans to further enhance the quality of medical education and academic programs within the College, in accordance with the University's vision of preparing highly qualified medical professionals who meet international academic standards.
