Al-Subtain Medical University College of Medicine Students Lead the Modern Scientific Presentation Platform

The College of Medicine at Al-Subtain Medical University – International Branch of the University of Tehran continues to adopt the latest educational approaches aimed at preparing students with advanced academic and research skills. Through specialized training programs, students are trained to collect, evaluate, and organize scientific information according to recognized academic standards, enabling them to present medical knowledge using modern scientific methods that align with international medical education standards.

As part of this initiative, College of Medicine students are leading a modern scientific presentation platform by delivering specialized presentations on various surgical topics. Their presentations are based on the latest evidence-based medical literature and reliable scientific references, enhancing their abilities in research, critical analysis, scientific communication, and academic discussion while preparing them to keep pace with contemporary developments in medicine.

This program forms part of the academic training curriculum for students in the Department of Surgery, where they receive practical instruction in scientific research methods, the selection of credible medical resources, the organization of academic content, and the development of professional presentation and discussion skills, strengthening their confidence in delivering scientific lectures and academic presentations.

The training is conducted under the supervision and guidance of distinguished faculty members, including Dr. Hassanain Al-Musawi, Consultant in Cardiovascular Surgery, and Dr. Ahmed Nima Al-Taie, Consultant in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology. Through their mentorship, students are encouraged to adopt rigorous scientific methodologies, develop critical thinking skills, and refine their academic competencies, contributing to the preparation of future physicians capable of meeting the evolving demands of modern medical and surgical practice.
